  • No, St. Luke's Church where Col. Joseph Bridger is buried is in Smithfield, Virginia. Dr. Owsley exhumed his bones for the Written on Bone exhibit.

  • The Colonel Joseph Bridgers that Dr Owsley exhumed at St. Luke's Church is my 11th great grandfather! I went today to tour the church. It was a very moving experience.

  • Wow that's really interesting I started watching the show bones a year or two ago and i really like it i have become very interested in anthropology and i already had an intrest in forensics.I know the show bones is not compleatly real but it is kinda true the books that the show is based off of where writen my an anthropologist.
