@smofers14 we're not "haters" when you leak a song then the artist won't release the song and their for if you keep leaking songs they will have to redo an album which costs money and the record company will only shell it out for so long before they just drop an artist!!! I'm not a hater I'm a true fan and true fans buy music instead of stealing it!!!!

@luvlikelaughhavefun all of what you said is true, however... check itunes right now and look up red lipstick, DUI, boom boom bang, or aliens invading... these are all old songs from her that havent been released and considering they have been out for a while i doubt they will ever be for sale because they were rejected to be put on any of her albums. so until anyone sees this on any music selling website i dont think people will stop "stealing".

@orlando6598 So was Katy Perry's I don't hook up it was on youtube for two years before she sold it to kelly Clarkson so yes you are stealing and she may just be writing to sell them just because she doesn't want them on her album doesn't mean they will never be on any album.

@luvlikelaughhavefun i know which songs kesha sells to people and they are released within a couple of months... "disgusting" sold to miranda Cosgrove wasnt even heard of till after she gave it to her... "till the world ends" written for britney was never released more than a day that kesha would produce it... what i'm trying to say here is that it all depends on the artist. Katy Perry has way more money than ke$ha so she can produce her music faster but ke$ha on the other hand is poor

@luvlikelaughhavefun Idk but I think ur tlking to me lol. Dont act like youre better than me because I dont steal. I never have. No one owns these songs because they are just demos. Like TiK ToK or We R Who We R has a record label on them, so if I downloaded those, then THAT would be stealing. So get your facts straight before u make urself look like a tool.

And Ke$ha wasnt gonna use this on an album anyway, cause this isnt much different than the 1.0 which has already leaked

@simonea214 I didn't act better than anyone and I don't care thats like saying oh she's not using it I can take it I don't look like a tool. That would be you defending STEALING music & yes that is what you are doing it really doesn't matter if a company owns it she still has rights as an artist and she owns it and what if she wanted to sell the song? It is now on youtube people already have it and that takes away from the song.

@luvlikelaughhavefun Ok, smart ass get your facts straight. You cant steal the song if there is no where to buy it from. Most of her demos are only on Youtube and no where else. I tried on ITunes but again, not there. And it doesnt matter if you care or not. Its true. No one owns these songs. Sure Ke$ha sang them but there is no copyright on them. And dont tell me what I am doing. Im not "defending" anything. Im saying that no one is stealing and youre just trying to start shit.

@luvlikelaughhavefun Oh and FYI Ke$ha is the one who leaked most of these. She put them on her MySpace years ago and most of these have been sitting in people computers ever since.

If she was gonna make any money off of these demos then yeah, it would be stealing. But she isnt. Sorry but youre wrong.
