hah, dude im not hating on it really, just i barely made it past the beginning section. i think thats what the judges couldnt see past. it reminded me of my little brother's RLRL. i bet it would be difficult for you to do that with low volume, under control and not hitting as hard as you possibly can. label it as much as you want. its still white.. even coming from a white dude..lol
yo... that's my brother, first of all... second... my brother is a high energy player and if you watched midway through the video he did a march groove which was soft... don't be jelly if you don't like peanut butter, bro! And the judges that were there at this year's competition were 3 white men, who didn't know jack about good drumming... they chose the old white guy that sounded like a poor john bonham imitation.
