That was a great day of training, no wonder you guys are so good at that. I do some parkour but nothing like that. I don't have nice foam padded blocks to practice on and people to spot me. I wanted to ask did you do years of Gymnastics to develop those skills or did you just practice a bunch? Thanks for sharing and giving me new training ideas and total inspiration. technically this is free running, but there doing a shit load of things that have nothing to do with actual parkour or free running but still nice to watch.
