in my point of view, he's guilty. When I say guilty, i mean he did not say "Kuwaity girls" ( as most of you said ) but he mentioned "girls in Kuwait" and to be honest most girls like to have someone like him as a friend. So he meant Kuwaity girls, and if not.. if he mentioned Kuwait, thats not good for its reputation for a country that he lives in. Kuwait is one of the better developed country in the middle-east and that affects its rep.

in my point of view, he's guilty.
