yes thats the beginners method. that method is always slow, faster methods are jessica fridrich method, "ZH" method and the dan knights method but they are for the more experienced rubik's cube solver

i got to disagree. if you can solve you can. if its not fast that's okay. speed will come with experience. my first recodred solve was 4+ minutes long. i'm down to sub minute solves, on a bad day, so practice lube your cube and get some finger tricks. and i would suggest spending some time learning friedrich method and dump the beginner method. Nice solve man keep it up!!

Solving a rubix cube is extremely easy as long as you know the strategies, guys. ANYBODY could do it. If you want to be amazing, then either do it blind folded or learn to twist plastic really fast.

I agree with clairefedfield and darksoul48, jackass. I can't do a rubix cube, yet I get excellent grades. It's just because I'm not very visually or spacially inclined. I'm definitely an auditory/kinetic learner. Maybe you should spend your time on more worthwile things than rubix cubes.
