How do you get these songs into FL? Do you like, first write 'em out in tabs or sheet music, or do you go right from brain to piano roll? I've got a problem with that myself, I just can't find a method that works for me.
But this does sound great, wish I could get ahold of Chipsounds, but hey, I don't have that kinda money to throw around.
When I make songs, I always do it right on the piano roll--it's just so convenient. For me, just messing around in the piano roll is the best way to get ideas down. I wish I could give you a working method, but people don't always think the same way. However, the least I can do is wish you good luck :^)
Reminds me of Super Mario Land.

Although it is original I still got that nostalgic feeling when I listened to your song Kevin. It sounds for me much like a song for Pokemon .^^
You are getting better and better. 5*

@ThanatosZero I'm very inclined to agree. This song sounds suitable for a town in a Pokemon game.. this song is so good.

Wow... You could be the next Kouji Kondo or Totaka, Kev. You're jumping all over the place with these themes! I can't wait to here your next one.

Ooh, very nice. When you make a song based on something, you make it sound like it could be oficial.

Hmm...this sounds hauntingly familiar. Does this song have a SMB3 influence?
Nevertheless, you've perfectly harnessed the GB sounds.

This sounds amazing! I'm liking this Chipsounds plugin you've been using, it sounds much more authentic.
