vancouver does that like every year. they choose an animal then get different groups/companies to paint them. once they're done, they get set up and displayed all over town. i don't know what they do with them the following year, though, maybe auction them off?
i rememeber seeing this one, though. i felt like spray painting a huge red smile on it... Go Mistah J!!!!
