Does this guy realize that Americans were willing to let the world go to hell in 1940? The Republican Party was hellbent on destroying the draft that FDR had instituted in response to Europe's fall. Although the US didn't officially enter the war until Pearl Harbor, American factories made weapons and war supplies to help England, France, and other friends fighting Germany. Without entering the war, the US was able to support the war effort - and put Americans back to work.
