Thanks, RunawayWind. It is very cool to look at and definitely worth checking out next time you're in the park. It's located at the edge of a pond on a walking path not far from the main gates. You'll pass the main administration building and see a small parking lot on the main road right near where you would normally take a left onto Flax Pond Rd. I knew it was a kiln. There used to be a brick company on Cape. If the office records there were checked there may be a remark on setting up this kiln there.
But do you know where the "bat cave" is in the park?
