The French Alps-oh man beautiful country. I was there in 1972 when I was in the US Navy. The ship I was on pulled into Villefranche for a visit. I took a tour bus tour of the Nice and Monte Carlo area. I also took another tour of the French Alps. I could not belief the tour bus could get around some of the mountain curves we traveled. I would love to ride the Alps some day.
