  • [cont] In opening up the issue mitochrondrial dysfunction and urging a shift back to a single measles vaccine (an earlier vaccine), Wakefield may have stumbled onto something explosive. See the rest of the article. Google:" Murdoch & Vaccines: Exposure Reals A Much Larger Story.'

  • [cont]in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) or in nuclear genes that code for mitochondrial components. They may also be the result of acquired mitochondrial dysfunction due to adverse effects of drugs, infections, or other environmental causes (see MeSH). … Defects in nuclear-encoded mitochondrial genes are associated with hundreds of clinical disease phenotypes including anemi, dementia, hypertension, lymphoma, retinopathy, seizures, and neurodevelopmental disorders.” 1study cited frm Wikipedia.'

  • [cont] severity of autism, suggesting a strong link between autism& mitochondrial defects.MitochondriaR the primary source of energy production in cells& carry their own set of genetic instructions, mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), 2 carry out aerobic respiration. Dysfunction in mitochondria already is associated with a number of other neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia.“Mitochondrial disorders may be caused by mutations, acquired or inherited..

  • [cont] how profound it is for mitochondria not to function normally. Science Daily explains:" “Children with autism are far more likely to have deficits in their ability to produce cellular energy than are typically developing children, a new study by researchers at UC Davis has found. The study, published in theJournal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), found that cumulative damage and oxidative stress in mitochondria, the cell’s energy producer, could influence both the onset &

  • [cont] problem, yet the study showed severe digestive system damage and mitochondrial dysfunction, as well. Mitochondrial dysfunction has been confirmed by other studies, but taking down Wakefield in a big way became a means of discrediting anyone questioning vaccines. Wakefield was cast as a fraud and so all those voicing concerns were dismissed by reference to him.2To understand how serious all this is, and thus how much is at stake for millions if not billions of children, 1needs2appreciate

  • [cont] single measles vaccines being taken off the market. Wakefield’s work with Professor Walker-Smith and Professor Simon Murch had touched a nerve. The pharmaceutical industry, an industry that makes six times more than any industry on Wall Street is heavily invested in vaccines (in the US, the companies do not have to prove efficacy to get FDA approval) and is moving on every front to have their product mandated.2suggest that1 of the main vaccines for children might be destroying them wasa

  • [cont]went into action, creating fictions about him, getting his work pulled from the Lancet, getting him brought before the GMC to ultimately lose his license?Wakefield suggested that until further studies, the measles vaccine should be given as a separate vaccine rather than in combination as the MMR (measles, Mumps, Rubella). He did not suggest that children not take a measles vaccine, only that there be caution until the MMR was investigated further~This reasonable suggestion was met by the

  • [cont] Sir Christopher Hogg, who was Chairman of GlaxoSmith Kline in 2004. Dr Kumar, the Chairman of the GMC Fitness to Practice Panel who ruled against Dr Andrew Wakefield, would not answer questions about his shareholdings in GlaxoSmithKline& said there was no such thing as vaccine damage& that any parents who claimed that their children had suffered such would be treated with scorn and contempt. Wakefield lost his license to practice and left the UK. What had he done that Murdoch's machine

  • [cont] against the vaccine manufacturers. The High Court judge who denied them was Sir Nigel Davis, whose brother is an executive board member of Elsevier, publishers of the Lancet which removed Wakefield’s 1998 paper on the subject, and is on the Board of GlaxoSmithKline~With the London Times giving Brian Deer free reign to attack Wakefield, media closed in like shark. Coincidentally, the head of Reuters serves on the Board of Merck&Marian Stoppard who writes at The Daily Mirror is married2..

  • [cont] which makes the MMR. Deer researched his case with the help of Medico-Legal Investigations, a private enquiry company whose only source of funding is the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry. Deer was both the journalist writing on Wakefield and the person who brought a case of fitness to practice medicine to the General Medical Council, and then wrote about the proceedings as well. Parents whose children were treated by Wakefield were denied the right2BheardB4 a realCourt

  • *Andrew Wakefield was a respected British gastroenterologist who began research into digestive problems in autistic children in collaboration with other doctors in the UK, after being called by parents seeking help. His work indicated severe digestive issues and he asked for more investigation of the MMR vaccine.Brian Deer is the reporter who savaged Dr Wakefield from the pages of Sunday Times, a paper managed by James Murdoch, Rupert's son who is ALSO on the board of GlaxoSmithKline

  • Google: " Murdoch and Vaccines: Exposure of Crimes Reveals a Much Larger Story' by William Newton~

  • Lookup ingredients in the Flu Vaccine~ They put thimerosol in vaccines...STILL~ [as well as polysorbate80, squalene, aluminum, bovine & porcine gelatin, as well monosodium gluminate [MSG] *educate b4 you vaccinate!

  • To all of those who have been kind in their responses to this video, thank you! And you may want to look at FINDING THE WORDS - Children Recovering from Autism. It is a great film and should be seen by everyone! Also, USA Today has had articles regarding autism. One of the articles is very interesting. According to USA Today, there has been research which has found a high incidence of autism in families that also have a history of autoimmune disorders.

  • And Mitochondrial DNA is not passed down by the father...it is passed down by the mother. This guy is an idiot.

  • They took mercury out of vaccines a decade ago and kids are still getting autism, explain that. Jenny is a pretty face, but a real airhead.

  • 0:46: He wrote a book he and Jenny McCarthy promote for people to take seriously about such a controversial issue, and HE'S NOT A DOCTOR?!?!?

  • *sad sigh*

As a mother, I can absolutely see why so many mommies are followers of McCarthy. Of course every good mother would do anything to save her babies. Of course people on the autism spectrum have poorer immune systems. But McCarthy gets so many facts wrong. It's scary, because these are facts the general public should know. Mitochondrial DNA is maternally, not paternally, inherited. "If I had a boy... " while the other person is talking about a girl? What? Little things, every time.

  • mitochondrial DNA is passed on to the next generation from the mother, not the father.

  • So the guy in this vid was agnostic until 2 weeks before this broadcast but managed to change his mind to being CERTAIN and write a book titled EVIDENCE OF HARM in that time.... somethings amiss...

  • Hi people

autism is indeed curable...just ask Amy lansky, whose written a book: The Impossible cure and her use of homeopathy to cure her sons autism

  • you arent smart enough for me to waste my time arguing with!

  • vaccines are unneccesary! there are natural methods to completley rid the world of all disease! beleive it or not.

  • The controversy of whether vaccines cause autism has been around for a very long time. It is a failure of the medical establishment, the CDC and the pharmaceutical companies to clearly and convincingly describe to the public exactly how vaccines do not cause autism. The inability, or reluctance, to educate the patient, in this case, the parents, as to precisely how they have nothing to fear with vaccination, is probably the heart of this controversy.

  • And one more point to be make is this: what is the most obvious common denominator all autistic children have? All autistic children have been vaccinated. There is no way that the increase in autism in children is simply a genetic problem. The only explanation for the dramatic increase in autism would have to be an external factor. It's not the Pampers or other diapers they wear. And it's not the baby food. Vaccines are very powerful drugs that must be used carefully.

  • Larry King put it best when he asked if her evidence was science or statistics based. Autism didn't just suddenly appear. The only reason it "increased" was because doctors became aware of what it was and so the number of "diagnoses" increased. Medicine is constantly changing and improving. Bottom line: there is NO proof that vaccines cause autism. Botulinum toxin, or botox, is the most toxic protein known yet people inject it into their face and don't seem to contract any medical conditions.

  • First of all, botox and childhood vaccination have relatively little in common. Botox is a localized injection that paralyzes muscles. Vaccines are attenuated viral RNA which change the body's ability to respond to infections. To say "there is NO proof that vaccines cause autism" is not entirely true when you consider the Poling case. The best example so far as to how harmful vaccines can be is the Hannah Poling case. Is it possible that there are more Hannah's out there?

  • The following was pulled from the official ruling for Hannah's case: "In sum, DVIC has concluded that the facts of this case meet the statutory criteria for demonstrating that the vaccinations CHILD received on July 19, 2000, significantly aggravated an underlying mitochondrial disorder, which predisposed her to deficits in cellular energy metabolism, and manifested as a regressive encephalopathy with features of autism spectrum disorder."

  • @DavidS1231

Thank you for your measured response. However, I think what a lot of people have a problem with is what jenny said at 2:15 that "vaccines play the largest role" - which is entirely false. I agree with more studies. I do not agree with reduced vaccinations. Primum non nocere means that if we know something causes harm, we do not do it. Not vaccinating children causes harm. Period. Vacinnations may cause some harm - maybe, but very very unlikely to the level that Jenny thinks they do.

  • @BlueLamp614 I do not want to stop or reduce vaccinations. I am still concerned that not enough research has been conducted to study possible connections between vaccination and autism. So many parents have watched autistic behavior develop after vaccination. And, is it possible, that the powerful people who produce and administer the vaccine program do not want to face any legal liability? Look up the relationship between autoimmune disorder and autism.

  • There are a lot of families that have evidence that there children became autistic immediately after vaccination. The Poling family settled a case out of court that clearly indicated that vaccines have caused autism. But the judge was very careful in explaining that it was only responsible in this particular case. And this is also a clear indication of all of the fears regarding liability in this case. While it may be true that childhood vaccination may save lives, it comes a cost.

  • A relatively small percentage of children who are getting vaccinated will become autistic. Exactly why they are becoming autistic is being clouded by those parties who have the most to loose as a result of legal liability. These autistic children are the collateral damage that is the result of vaccination. As cruel as this fact is, it is the reason that the experts, that is, the doctors and the CDC, do not really want to cast any doubt on the safety of the vaccination program.

  • In their purely scientific reasoning, it would be better to ignore the relationship between vaccinations and autism, than to frighten all the parents in the country who might then not get their children vaccinated. These same experts believe that it is far less worse for the population to suffer a few autistic children than to risk an outbreak of epidemics that they say would cause a huge number of deaths.

  • But when you are the parent of an autistic child, when you are the one parent in one hundred and fifty that has to raise an autistic child, the collateral damage theory is tough to accept. And there is very little money available for the families of autistic children. Most parents whose child are diagnosed with autism, usually divorce.

  • So before you think all of this talk about the relationship between autism and vaccinations is being fabricated so the parents of autistic children have someone to blame, or they are looking for easy money, check out the Poling family. And ask yourself a couple of questions. Such as: Do doctors always tell the truth? And is there such a thing as a medication that doesn't have a side effect?
