Yea, you bounced the shit out of that and flared way too late. My guess is you should get the fundamentals of flying down before trying out the 744. Ive been flying the PMDG NG for quite a few years and feel it still a challenge. Of course I have my pilots license also : )

if you use a addon airport the gate number should be written right on the ground right before the gate, to get there use the guidance signs on the taxiway
