Here is the issue, the legal system and the judicial system is racist against minorities, the education system and the media is racist against whites. It's divide and conquer. Women are now able to play a sex based political card to more success due to political correctness in the same way African Americans can play the race card to more success than Caucasians. Because people have turned their ideas around, we are in a period where the previously "oppressed" side is given the benefit of the doubt.

In this search, there's a natural function of classifying the opposite sex. As such, a woman may not want to have sex with a man because she hasn't identified him as a viable mate. Sexuality is a very complex and deeply rooted human instinct. However, there are flaws in your opponents argument as well.

@warren5422000 Just as a note, there is some statistical precedent for assuming that when a man hits someone, it's for worse reasons than when a woman does it - men are naturally more violent. Something like 95% of all violent crime is committed by men. We have lower impulse control, we resort to violence more naturally - however you want to explain it, we're just more violent.

Women are just as aggressive, don't get me wrong, but their aggression is manifested mostly in passive-aggressive ways, hence the stereotype of them being manipulative (it's just the alternative to fights.)
I don't see men having more self-control as a group; I'm not even convinced there is such a trait. You certainly can't measure it the way you can measure murder and assault.

I'm not saying that men attacking misandry and women attacking misogyny are only arguing it for reason of bias - just that there's inevitably a bit of bias in most cases. We can't really help it, most people feel more strongly about violations against people they can sympathize more with.
There aren't many women attacking misandry. I'm not a skeptic - I *know* misandry exists - but it'd be nice to see a few, just to give it a more credible appearance.
