@xanh01 Yes, this community does recognize the authority of the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI and the Vatican. Not sure where you got this information but for the records the community has always been loyal and in communion with Rome.
Thanks for the viewing and commenting, God bless you.
The best thing to do is to check the Catholic Directory of the Archdiocese of Boston and see if this group is listed as a official groups recognized by the Church. All groups affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church (and their activities) are listed.

@XxC0NDEMNEDxX Someone who wears black nail polish, uploads videos of himself burning and firing BB guns at Bibles, and lists "ghosts, extraterrestrials, UFOs" as interests, should be careful throwing around allegations of childishness.
@6MemoryOfForever9 I don't need to check the definition of a word that I already know the definition of. You should check your logic and make a few adjustments. You demonstrated ignorance by being unaware of the fact that I moved on over a year ago and didn't care to continue such an old argument. Your action demonstrated the official definition of ignorance. You lacked any knowledge of my assessment, but now you have it because I just explained it to you. You failed.
@XxC0NDEMNEDxX 1-I didn't even check the time of your last comment
2-you're writing paragraph answers to my one line comments, if you wanna act like you don't care, stop putting so much effort. And next time that person in the other comment says he loves you, be kind enough to say thank you, instead of whining about it., and then saying christians are ignorant, because as a christian, he proved himself to be a much better human than you are.
@6MemoryOfForever9 Proved? Lol! That doesn't prove that he's a better person. You're labeling opinions as facts, which is a logical fallacy. I don't need to thank a random stranger for loving me and I don't care. I find it very repulsive when a random stranger claims to "love" me. I don't know this person and he doesn't know me either. My responses are long because I'm proving a point. At least I care enough to point out the flaws in your claims. I openly advocate intellectual honesty.
@XxC0NDEMNEDxX I just checked your channel, you are a disgusting person. Get a life, and please learn how to be functional in society. Oh and black nail polish on guys is what 12 year olds do for attention.
what is this nonsence.... being a slave to the imaculate heart.... oh boy now i have heard everything... what a distraction.... jesus died for you not mary.... jesus baught you with a price not mary...
@loudmouthspeaker in my country, you are not really called someone's friend until you can call his mother as your own mother, and interact that way... so I guess in your "country", things are different! ;)
@loudmouthspeaker In this life, you either are a slave to the Devil, or to God. It is your choice to whom you are enslaved. The brothers and sisters at SBC Slaves of Jesus, but they are Slaves of Jesus through Mary. Our Lord chose to come to us through Mary, since she was the most perfect way, His most perfect creature. Mary keeps nothing for herself, but gives all to her Divine Son, Jesus Christ. The slaves offer themselves to Mary, and since Mary gives all to her Son, through her, to him.
@loudmouthspeaker They offer themselves as slaves because they wish to give their all to God, so that they can give as much glory to God as possible. A human's actions on their own are small and insignificant. If you present them directly to Jesus, its like giving a rotten apple to a king. But, by going through His mother, his queen, the one He loves most tenderly, it is as if you are giving that same apple to the king's queen, and she takes it, puts it on a gold platter....
@loudmouthspeaker and then presents it to Him. Isn't that self same gift much more pleasing to the King of Kings when presented in this manner, than by any other?
No words no art no tribute can in the most minute way pay homage to Our Lady as she deserves....how blessed we are to have such a perfect mother....i am forever greatful that Christ is King of my Heart and His Holy Mother Queen.
I know you're serious. That's why I find it so ridiculous and sad. Like I said, don't tell me that you love me. Never say that again. I only love those who I know, such as my fiancee and my friends. Hatred is not a sin and neither is it evil. Maybe you should consider the fact that the bible is full of numerous contradictions which prove the illegitimacy of the entire story. I don't care to argue with ignorant Christians such as yourself. I've made my valid point. We're done here.
i am typing these messages because i care not because i want to insult. If u where a christian once then i am sure u will find him again.I will pray for u
I just love this video! So amazing to see everyone always smiling and happy! Every time I am around them, I feel at home, like a family; but one dedicated to and for God. To think they have nothing, but yet at the same time.. they have everything, Jesus Christ! What else more is there? There can be nothing above Him. There is no one, (nemo est) who is greater, or more loving than their master.
MOM'S ORIGINAL SIN was ERASED by DAD, not JESUS CHRIST. If MOM HAS NO ORIGINAL SIN, MOM HAS NO PERSONAL SINS: MOM IS IMMACULATE. MOM'S ONLY DUTY IS to ERASE our ORIGINAL SINS. Our PERSONAL SINS MUST BE ONLY ERASED by DAD. In Particular cases, DAD CAN PERSONALLY DO IT, generally, DAD WOULDN'T PERSONALLY DO IT, but THROUGH DAD'S Beloved Representative Ones like JESUS CHRIST. THESE TWO THINGS our SALVATION DEPENDS ON. These TWO Kinds of PERSONS WILL DETERMINE our ETERNITY. Thanks StBenedictCenter
truly amazing! God Bless all of you and what you are doing! I am a Seminarian of the Diocese of Ogdensburg Ny, and Mother Mary certainly has my heart. I have been thinking of doing something more to devote myself to her, and this may be it.
We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff. (Pope Boniface VIII, the Bull Unam Sanctam, 1302.)
Thank you, once again, for your answers to my questions. I am very interested in the SBC, and I wish your community was better known outside of the MA-CT-RI area. In the past, I have heard Father Corapi defend Father Feeney on shows on EWTN, but that's about it. I would like a new generation of Catholics to consider your community, worldwide, and to keep this extremely important debate going. It would help, perhaps, if your Apostolate did some traveling, at least around the U.S.
I doesn't seem as if all my comments went through, for the sake of the viewers all censures the MAY have occurred were lifted by Paul VI (his words, our capitals).
3. In talking with SBC members, I have noticed that they tend to make a big deal out of visits by your bishop. By a 'big deal', I mean that they appear to take his visits to mean far more than they in fact mean. I believe the bishop has only stated that the SBC 'appears to be very Catholic' in his 1st meeting with the SBC (paraphrasing, but I think I have the correct sense of his words).
How, precisely, has Bishop McManus expressed his position that Holy Mass at the SBC is both valid and licit?
2. Specifically, does Archbishop Cushing's condemnation of the SBC (no Catholic may have anything to do with the Saint Benedict Center) need to be rescinded by Bishop McManus before Catholics may visit the SBC?
If it needs to be rescinded, WHY does it need to be rescinded? If it does NOT need to be rescinded, why DOESN'T it need to be rescinded before Catholics may visit the SBC?
Is there anyone in the Vatican or anyone at the SBC or in the Dioceses of Worcester or Boston, currently working to clarify and resolve Father Feeney's excommunication and the circumstances surrounding it (i.e., the problems that then arose with Catholics attending the SBC). The reason I ask is because the ambiguities involved appear to justify some clarification. At the very least, the SBC deserves an answer from someone as to why canon law was not followed.
2. If you are in communion with both Rome AND the Diocese of Worcester, then why doesn't the Diocese list the SBC as a valid and licit place for its Catholics to attend Holy Mass? I understand that you had a meeting with the Bishop, and that he has visited your chapel. But is the SBC canonically established within the Worcester Diocese? I don't think it is, which likely means that the Bishop is being diplomatic with you, and taking things slowly.
St. Benedict Center is recognized as a valid and licit place to attend Mass which has been verified by the present bishop and his predecessor by word and action. They have visited many times, celebrated Benediction and Confirmed our students(in the traditional rite, haven't been able to convince them to say the Traditional Rite Mass yet. The Bishop has taken the first step in recognizing the community, the next step is the constitution. Nothing moves fast with Rome!
. . . be ugly or disrespectful towards anyone at the SBC. I understand how ugly some of the politics have gotten over the years, and I think most Americans don't realize that Europeans are far different than they are, and that Euro-politics account for a great number of the problems in the Church over the last 60+ years.
One last question: I am interested in compiling a list of Saints and mystics who have supported EENS in their writings and statements. Can you provide me with such a list?
There is a book by Catholic Treasures called "The Apostolic Digest" which has everything your looking for, a great source of the Popes, Councils, Fathers and Doctors of the Church
. . . much of this; and given all of the strange things going on in the Catholic Church over the last 40 years, the SBC's position is eminently believable. So, my question is, does this need or require follow-up from someone in Rome to clarify or rescind anything? Is there any movement in this direction from anyone involved?
Thank you in advance for accepting and taking the time to answer my questions. I am only seeking answers to my questions; I am not trying to. . . . (see next post!)
3. Concerning your problems with Rome during the Father Feeney affair: I've done some reading on this, and I understand your arguments regarding Father's excommunication. Essentially, your position is that someone or some people in Rome did not follow canon law regarding Father Feeney, and that he never got a hearing, and that no proper canonical review ever even took place (along with other acts of intrigue and pettiness).
You seem to be correct about. . . . (see next post!)
I have some questions (which may require a second and a third post to ask them properly):
1. About 40-50 years ago (or more or less, I'm not quite sure), a Bishop or Archbishop condemned your center, and ordered all Catholics to have nothing to do with your center. Is this ban still in effect? If it is in effect, does the current Bishop consider it null and void? Or has he explicitly made it null and void via a written statement? Does something need to happen about this statement, or not?
We are actually in full communion with the holy Roman Catholic Church and Pope Benedict XV! If you don't take our word for it you can call the Diocese of Worcester MA.
I believe you are in full communion with the Catholic Church. The bishop of Worcester visited your community when the children received their Holy Communion.
The Bishop was also saying by this action that he accepted Vatican Council II, that all people need Catholic Faith and the Baptism of water to go to Heaven (Ad Gentes 7,Lumen Gentium 14) and that the Letter of the Holy Office (1949) supported Fr.Leonard Feeney with reference to the Jews, and non Catholics, in Boston.Beautiful video!
Does this religious community recognize the authority of the Pope and the Vatican ? I've heard they do not.
