  • Good work :) keep it up, though I'd like to tell people out there, not anyone can do this.. no matter "how hard or smart you train, or diet" there's something called genetics and body types. This guy is obviously an ecto-mesomorph (ectomorphs are people who cant seem to gain body fat no matter what they eat and are always skinny, and mesomorphs are people who gain muscles mass at the slightest amount of training) endomorphs however cant lose fat easily, and some can't build muscle easily as well

  • @TheKobe24mamba Check out the Get Ripped Diet on my website... A lot of the times there's excess fat down there that needs to get burned off. In terms of exercises my favorite are hanging straight leg raises, and a modified crunch where I crunch up, but also bring up my knees simultaneously. Try those out.

  • @TheKobe24mamba try lowering your body fat percentage.. oftentimes its at 14% males can see there 2 upper blocks of abs and its at 8 -10% BF where you see the whole package depending on your genetics:)

  • @kmnako Heavy dead lifts, barbell rows, and pullups gave me the muscle mass... complexes, HIIT, and "The Get Ripped Diet" on my website shredded the muscle mass to give it that ripped look.

  • @TheBudakPsikik If you're an ectomorph I'd say anywhere from 2400 - 3000. Try out 2400 for two weeks and if you're not gaining up it by 200 calories, keep going until you're gaining steadily.

  • @nathanstrength i now taking supplements like cod liver oil, white eggs, multivitamins and vitamin D3, is it good for an ectomorph like me? i only take 1 egg white per day, and didnt take any milkshake gainer, and i train at least 2 days per week starting the new year 2011, didnt make a lot of progress though. can u give some advice and tips? thanks, btw im 75% asian :)

  • @decko93 definition(low bodyfat) mainly has to do with genetics(ecto, meso, or endomorph) and how much cardio you do regularely plus your diet.. ripptoes is a program based upon gaining strength, and are not the best for definition. what gives this guy such definition is either his genetic makeup, cardio routine, superb diet, or all 3 of those. his definition has nothing to do with the fact he is doing ripptoes.
