I thought Enterprise was the best of Star Trek Because people could relate to it more than the others bc it was closer to our time and there are more limitations. And later on instead of having a different story per episode there was a plot running through the series.

if would have be great to see the enterprise nx-01 gained the shields upgrade and a tractor beam, i found it to bad they never gave them too the enterprise.

You know, it's sad. If Star Trek Voyager had been a better quality show with better plots, writing, acting and directing, Enterprise may have had a better chance of going the distance, despite the numerous faux pas of the first two seasons. Unfortunately, it rode on the heels of the poorest Star Trek offering and opened with the stigma in place. Alas, poor Enterprise without a chance.

@12NiBer12 I think the poor first two seasons killed the show. I believe enterprise had the highest opening season viewers of any of the star trek shows. Then it declined quickly throughout season one especially. By the time they hired a new director for season 3 and started to turn it around, the audence had shrunk so much that it was inevitable it was going to be cancelled.

The moral of the story is dont depend on sex and name to sell a show, you need good writing more then any thng
