Even though I was born when Batman Returns came out, I saw the 1989 Batman film in elementary school, and it's what made me a Batman fan ever since. GOD I had a cool teacher!!! :D
I remember I begged my mom to get me this cereal when I was a kid because they were offering a Batman t-shirt with 3 proofs of purchase, and $10.00. My mom was the best, she bought 3 boxes of these Captain Crunch knockoffs and sent $10 of her hard earned money. Unfortunately, I never got my t-shirt. I love my mom for trying tho. She is and forever will be my Wonder Woman.
LOL I forgot therer was a cereal. The commercial I remember the most was the one were Alfred was on the phone then drank a Diet Coke, that one was on the VHS before the moive started.
Some people say this is over-commercialization of childhood. I remember it fondly. Its all part of the experience. There were cereals for every thing, ditto for bed sheets, even Batman corn chips. Its all part of the experience
Does anyone remember how it taste? Can they equate it to any other type of cereal? (I hope it was better than that nauseatingly sweet Nintendo cereal.)
If I ever get a time machine, the first stop is 1989.
