If you want to fold down your windsheild measure it's location off of the main rill bar before hand so that you can return it to it's original location.
@jgcane No, I did not get any scratches because the two rubber stoppers on the hood prevent it from scratching. NOTICE: The hazard is that the hinges of the hood sitting less than 1/16th of an inch away from the windshield when it is folded down. Far too close for comfort. I placed a rag over each hing before driving. I will likely never fold it down again. FYI
@JKTXJL Both the front and rear bumpers are L.o.D. signature series. The front is the mid width bumper and the rear includes the tire carrier. The tire carrier has many extras that i chose not to buy but that are useful parts. Personally I feel L.o.D. makes great bumpers it just takes a little time for them to get it to you.
@drsalee The roll cage install was a lot of work but I feel it was worth it. The directions that came with it walk you through each step. If you try it and hit a snag just message me. I picked the OR Fab kit for five reasons, First it extends all of the way to the floor boards for support, second It is bolt-on requiring no welding, third "to me" it has a cleaner finished look (less hardware showing), fourth its the one I knew the most about, and fith I got a good price through 4 Wheel Parts.
I doubt it is legal on city streets but I figured I would risk it. Although off-road there are a lot less laws. If you fold your windshield down measure the distance from your center roll-bar to your windshield prior to loosening anything. This way you can return it when done.
