@natebooce If you wanted to score more goals, get your midfielders to shoot outside the box. You will know it then. Purchase 1 player called Rubio, striker from Portugal and another tip is to keep passing the ball around if you are constantly losing the ball and somehow, if you score, your passing will be better.

The attacking made my game play worst. I went from scoring having about 20 attempts on goal down to about 7..... I also noticed that your players aren't making as many runs for the wings and when they do they're so far infront of everybody that the only people in the box is the defenders.

Passing and defending are superb though!!!

@TheGoonzer haha you know what, those tactics didnt help so much personally lol. so i just went back to ivory coast/chelsea with counter+ultra defensive (its not that defensive, but its good for closing the midfield and intercepting) and got my two consecutive league titles + premier cup (cup for div1 and 2).

but i guess these tactics might help others =) but to win games, its really all about patiency, and with patiency comes urgency, chances and so on - as long as you defend and counter well.

I think this a really helpful video. In previous Fifa's I have used them but I need to build it into my game more in 12. If you come up against a decent player you need to be able to direct the play according to what needs to be done i.e score, defend or keep the ball etc. I'm in div 4 at the moment but still dont feel anything like as good as I was on 11. This mainly comes down to the new defending and perhaps a couple of tweaks in attacking or passing system. Very good post!! Another 1 please!

for a counter attacking team your build up speed is like 65 plus if u want a slow build up like barca and arsenal your build up speed is set to slow like 24 basically means your a team that loves possession
