  • Thanks for this. As someone who has pencil-thin forearms, I admit that I need to do these.

  • @pkhamidar2com After having done these in combination with other forearm exercises it is safe to state that they were quite effective rather than harmful. In fact, doing them reduced the forearm pain I previously experienced from excessive typing on a computer keyboard.

  • @pkhamidar2com not if you do them right. I came down with repetitive strain on my wrist from too much drumming and these actually helped it heal.

  • I thought when we lifted with a pronated grip it was forearm extensors... or maybe it is like ankles where both are called flexion? But it wouldn't be called dorsi or plantar, confusing...
