It should be decriminalized entirely. No one should be fined $100 or anything!

@Suwai0303 Yeah but it's a compromise. The government loves to tell people what they can and can not do, but they also absolutely love to find as many ways as possible to take money from people. I'd risk a $100 fine over jail time anyday.
