good lecture but he's a bit misinformed. there are many excellent vegetable sources of protein. lentils, quinoa, buckwheat, tofu, and even some nuts all have excellent amino acid profiles. you can build muscle just a s effeciently on a total vegetarian diet. put kenneth g. williams or robert cheeke into the search bar.
This is a fantastic lecture. I would recommend it to anyone who is working to become healthy or wants to understand how they can become healthier. You are a very engaging speaker. Great job!

@veganangel68 good point but he didn't say it wasn't good protien. Just not the best for building muscle.
