  • good lecture but he's a bit misinformed. there are many excellent vegetable sources of protein. lentils, quinoa, buckwheat, tofu, and even some nuts all have excellent amino acid profiles. you can build muscle just a s effeciently on a total vegetarian diet. put kenneth g. williams or robert cheeke into the search bar.

  • @veganangel68 good point but he didn't say it wasn't good protien. Just not the best for building muscle.

  • I agree, this guy knows what he is talking about...the best lecture on nutrition/working out on youtube.
