How exactly do you get there? I tried driving down Dean Road but decided I shouldn't do that without a four-wheel drive vehicle. Plus, what I was told was a "parking lot" was actually a spot in front of someone's house, and he gets VERY VERY ANGRY if you park there.

@QueenCoyote as long as you dont park directly in front of the gate the land owner doesnt say much. you can get down to it and back up in a two wheel drive truck or car. my girlfriend has done it a few times in her altima

Its Dean RD. the tunnle has a rock thats hangs down inside 3/4 thru its not bad just keep your hands up in front of u its toms trail theres a few rock jumps as well and a rock there u can swim thru if u have skillz in 1986 there waz a pot farm down there on the flume to the left it got busted<I went down there alot & grabed weed they left behind it waz excellent used to ride a trail 110 on the flumes to the one scetchy cat walk then head up grab some bud! & off I went it waz pretty cool. epg

OMG,i love going through the flumes,and the tunnel that goes through the mountain...SO FUN!!!

i think someone should hide in the tunnel every now and then just to scare people,that would be hilarious!

when i was going through there i was with my friend and i was holding onto her feet so we wouldnt get lost,and then she asked if we were still moving,it was quite and then she hits the wall,ahhh,...good time,good times

looks like the dean road area. there is still gold to be found down there but the dreagers hit it pretty hard.
