@Daybreak96 I assume you mean 3:40, because 3:38 is in the middle of a clip? That is from the 6th episode of season 3; "Point of View" and Jack is kissing a Sam from an alternate reality where they were supposedly married, or rather she is kissing him. Just in case, 3.38 is from episode 13 of season 1; "Fire and Water". I hope that helped and thanks for commenting :)
