It's a good idea to use gloves or tongs because the marinade stains ur fingernails. I usualy buy these packets at the asian stores but recently I have been seeing them at FoodsCo and Walmart. Love the peanut sauce too!

well the ingredients contains turmeric in which they leaves our fingers yellowish for few days. You don't want that. Unless, u like yellowish fingers, leave the gloves & use yr bare fingers to mix them. :P
