  • One of the best songs of the 90s

  • One of the pre-eminent singer-songwriters of my lifetime. It's criminal that the band, The Furs, only got a fraction of the recognition and the accolades they deserved. They were beyond brilliant!

  • Never seen this song I love so much performed live. You'll made this lass very happy : ) x Thank you so much for posting this up!! x

  • about 2:50, what a smile....

  • Saxamaphone player: "This is the best sax solo EVER..."

Rest of the universe: "Wouldn't have thought so..."

Knowing when NOT to play can also be considered an art form sometimes...

Still, one of the all time greatest songs.

  • omg Richard! he sounds like... Alan Rickman here...

  • I love Richard Butler's songs, but holy shit, he is singing waaaaaaay off key!!!

  • @1964Stevan When tone deaf *me* can hear how off someone is, they've wandered into a different time zone. Butler was never terrific about hitting his notes but this is painful. Pity; it's a terrific song.

  • I love my girlfriend Stephanie and this song reminds me of her.

  • God, I love this shit!! This reminds me of slowly spinning around with my arms out during winter time as snow steadily falls down and I look up. And this song plays. I know it sounds cheesy, like something out of a movie or whatever, but it's just one of those songs that is part of the soundtrack to my life. Richard and Tim, thank you guys sooo much for amazing songs like this I cannot even begin to thank you. Trippinflags thanks so effing much for posting this!!! :-)

  • always loved this song.,.

  • It's like glass when we break

I wish no one in my place

  • i'm hungry.

i want to go to sleep.

    no food.

  • beautiful image...

    love the black & white

    love this haunting song

    thank you

  • Richard Butler *is* Love Spit Love *is Psychedelic Furs. Duh.

  • Richard Fortus

  • Very nice.

But where's John Ashton? No Ashton, no Furs...

  • very funny, considering this is the original band that recorded this song. Butler bros, Ferrer and Fortus were Love Spit Love.

  • Er, yeah, we know that, thank you. It's not a LSL gig though is it? It's a Furs gig, Einstein.
