Well now the best way is farming Battle in The Tower or any skirm really for easy marks and trading them for Greater Scrolls of empowerment that sell for 20-25g on the AH easily

For low levels a good way to make money is killing wights in agamaur, lone lands and collecting the loot.Go with empty inventory (or 2 empty bags if you have only 3 bags) and kill & loot everything until the inventory is full or your eyes burn from staying too much at the computer.After you got your bags full of loot sell every loot/useless items to an npc or trade the loot for reputation by doing some tasks.

u get the overflow back if u remove cap, i went from 1.5 gold to 10 gold

By far the fastest way to make money is one of 3 things: Farming Hides in Dunland/Enedwaith. Killing crap (Dunlendings, orcs) in Dunland or Isengard. Skirmishes.
