Over here in Europe we are doing the free version. It is working very well for us. And from my experience both America and Europe have exactly the same standard and skill and everything else. Our doctors have high pays and get sweet cash. The only difference is that we the common ppl can get the very best health care for free if we get sick.

It is free :) Come and try it, you don't even have to be a citizen to get it all free of charge. That is why ppl come here, cos a plane ticket is cheaper.

And who is in debt? In Europe no one is in debt, that is the thing, since everything is free it is impossible to get in debt over here.
