No I've played this game that's how I know it can all be in just frame. If you play the Computer as Kilik in training mode--that's where I saw it-- on Edgemaster he does it all in Just Frame. Its probably humanly possible on the only 3rd hit, but I've seen it done. Test it if you don't believe me
Solid Statesoc, this is for you or anyone else who needs help with this move. For anyone having problems with this move, all you have to do is perform the first part of it, wait the very last frame of it, then perform the last two parts in quick succession. It will become much easier to get at that point. The LAST FRAME of the first part of the move is the key to doing this move consistently. Hope this helps! ;-)

You have to do the Half-Circle motion as possible and hitting B at the same time. It is like Cervantes' "Geo Do Ray" fast input.
