I did some running at White Rock Lake back in the 1980's. I liked the Trinity Trail better for running. From the pictures it looks like everything changed. The trail was a 3-mile loop back in my day as I recall, and it was very busy all the time.
I can't tell what brand and model recumbent that is. Doesn't look like a jester. looks like mono fork though. could be a baron, but the chainring shadow sure looked small for a baron.

Its a standard Baron with the stock fork, funny you mention a Jester as a friend of mine just got one
