Yes definitely, and a good one, not seaclones. and what do you mean by 30 gal and 15 gal filter?Do you mean power filters?If so you wasted your money,most people in this hobby don't use those kinds, you should sign up to a forum like reefcentral for help.

It's do it yourself rock. It's made out of concrete, argonite sand and sea shells :)
