There is good literature on explaining Hegel's philosophy, Michael Allen Fox's "The Accessible Hegel" is the best book I know of. Also the myths about Hegel's philosophy (such as those perpetuated by this video) are dispelled in the book "Hegel Myths and Legends" by Jon Stewart. Most people who attack Hegel either never read him, read him and didnt understand him or read him and misunderstood him.

Haha, of course it's relevant. Hegel's terminology is *highly* technical and full of neologisms. Using words to describe his ideas which he himself never used is hugely deceptive. And Like I said, the thesis/antithesis/synthesis approach has existed since at least Heraclitus in the west and the Buddha in the east. If that were the depth of Hegel's insight into Speculative Philosophy, he would be worthless and no one would know his name. It's a drastic oversimplification and it misses his point.

I have, and they fit perfectly what I've been looking for, as how to explain the concept to people who truly aren't aware of it.

By footage, I mean airtime in the Main Stream Media. We are only presented with 2 options, like you say, the democratic viewpoint, or the republican, both of which have been hijacked by privatisation. The other parties that exist in our system aren't given airtime, therefore presenting only 2 options to the masses.
