Find another bike (not the one you want), Crack/bend off the leg that supports the bike when its standing, but that leg-support-thingy in to the chain lock (like an "I" going into a "O") and just twist and twist and twist, after 1 min the pressure you aply by twisting will break the chain/metal/lock/plastic or whatever..

@HomoLibero well if you know anything about bikes you would know that most of the ones locked up are worth something. my bike cost arround 800$ more ppl than you think would steal that since it has no vin # its basicly untraceable and a bike shop would pay arround 300-600 based on condition.. just some fun facts :P thats why i use key pad locks

This does work, I forgot my combo and tried this method and success! There will be a slightly larger gap between the number you are turning if you chose the right one.
