One of my friends explained this verse to me... it means on the day of judgement, the Holy Prophet would be anxiously asking Allah to forgive the sinful ppl of his ummah. So the pious ppl would become jealous (rashk is a better word) and will wish the Holy Prophet was so concerned and interested in their wellfare and forgiveness as well. And they will try to borrow some sins from the sinners for this.
