Notice a few things: Miss Piggy starts out voiced by Frank Oz, up until the last verse of "Temptation" where she is voiced by Richard Hunt. Also you will notice that Dave Goelz's head is exposed a few times, most noticeably at the end just as Miss Piggy jumps on Kermit. There is also what looks like a rip in Miss Piggy's mouth as she is singing the high notes while she approaches Kermit.

@MichaelBrookham Actually. No. I have the DVD of the first season, and they have fun trivia facts on screen as the show goes on. You were partially right, but Richard Hunt actually sings the whole song. Frank Oz wasn't singing at all. And this was the Pilot episode, so there were bound to be a few mess ups.

This is also the very first time that Piggy shows her feelings towards Kermit. And he shows his feelings in return. "The beginning of a beautiful relationship!"

@ImaximX Well when Miss Piggy starts talking, like when she says "Mm-hmm" to Kermit and tells the pig next to her that she loves him, it sounds like Frank Oz. It is hard to tell if Piggy is actually voiced by Frank in the song, but as you said, she probably wasn't.

This was the first episode of the Muppet Show ever shot, but it wasn't the first to air.

BTW : Fun fact : As Miss Piggy lunges herself onto Kermit, especially at 3:25, If you look under the pair of chickens to the right, you can see the face of Dave Goelz, aka Gonzo, doing the chickens! Plus, you can hear the difference in Miss Piggy's voice, because in this sketch, Frank Oz talks for her, but Richard Hunt sings.

@TheMusicvent Dave Goelz is playing the Pig in the back row on the left. You can hear him speaking for the character at 0:30. The face you see at 3:25 is Erin Ozker. You can see her speaking for the chickens at 1:09. As added proof, the face you see has no beard...Dave has a beard.
