A quase totalidade da razão da obesidade tem fundo psicológico. Por isso é tão difícil, para quem é obeso, ser ou voltar a ser magro. Eu sinceramente duvido que haja um obeso totalmente feliz consigo mesmo. Obesidade é um problema de saúde pública e devia ser tratada por equipes multidisciplinares, não apenas um endócrino ou um esteticista. Na verdade, tenho pena de quem está preso ao excesso peso.
