General comments:

It sounds really electronic/digital. Mike's a bit, Josh's a bit? and Vance's has too much pitch correction. (Anything recognizable is too much.. or else it doesn't sound very authentic anymore..)

Mike, I don't like the sound of your higher register in your mic. Try experimenting with different EQ's (or one at all?). It's timbral qualities are changing a lot when when you get up around F and G or higher.
