Right now I'm trying to go through the whole series on Netflix. I'm up to season four, and really if you watch them all in order you almost don't notice the kids aging. At the end of season three I didn't really think they looked any older then they did in season one, but now looking back like this its just unbelievable how much smaller they look.

Afabio24, the episode you're referring to is "The Longest Day," (5:22) in which Randy (including Tim and Jill) has a SCARE that he has cancer. (It's a very sweet episode and it is on Youtube somewhere.) In the end, they find out that it is just Hypothyroidism.
