It is not vacuum. There is pumped pressured air from up and opened down, then extra air near where hose begin´s. Air is mixed to powder are it come´s running, then powder air mix is running on hose.

Sweet! Now I see why it says on some cars "DO NOT HAMMER ON CAR". It means literally don't hammer on car lol. Great vid.
