Shaman seems pretty cool, but will it be like wow? when raiding you are forced to be healbot.

Raiding is end game in WoW, this is not WoW. Your watching end game right now. Shaman are healers so you will also need to heal, but even when im healing all the time I don't feel like a heal bot cause there is so much going on.
