aw watching this now mike looks and sounds so young! Sheesh I've been a fan forever and always will. The best thing I could say to Patton and FNM is thank you soooooooooooooo much for the music and the memories!!!!!!!!!
10. Chinese Arithmetic* 11. We Care a Lot 12. Surprise! You're Dead!* 13. Epic 14. Woodpecker From Mars 15. Zombie Eaters 16. Why Do You Bother* 17. War Pigs 18. Easy* *Songs out of the DVD edition I hope we can see that one day!
if i attended a Faith No More reunion gig the chances are i would probably kill myself right afterwards because then i would die a happy man and my life could not possibly give me the same happiness in the future.
my mam even saw them in 92...and she can't remember it because she was drunk.i want to cry.life isn't fair.
I hope that they'll release a remastered edition of "The Real Thing" next year on it's 20th anniversary and throw in unreleased tunes / demos and lives like this one. Maybe throw "The Real Thing" and "Live At Brixton Academy" together would be nice?
Why do fans always wish for reunions of the classic bands? Better to cherish the great memories of these legendary bands when they were at heir best. I don't want to see my heroes releasing new material who are now aged, thinning on top, with haggard voices, lacking musical innovation etc
So, obviously, you don't understand Patton's musical experiment. FNM was his best band, but the easiest to listen too. Fantomas are fucking amazing, but don't listen it as u listen FNM, listen the noises, the samples, the structures, the madness of the music ... Sorry for my poor english I'm french. But Mike Patton NEVER did crap music, NEVER. And Fantomas rulez, so bungle, tomahawk and peeping tom do.
It comes down to opinion reallly. I haven't heard alot of fantomas but i juat don't like it. I am a patton fan btw if you're a real fan it means you can actually admit if something is ad instead of saying it is all good.
I don't say it's all good. I did'nt say Pattond o everything perfect, but he never did shit music.
Now, i'm a metalhead, and i think it's a plus to understand and lsiten more easily Fantomas music, i understand you can unlike, but it's good music, crazy as Patton's mind.
Look up at his work with The Dillinger Escape Plan, in the same style, it's very interesting, and good to listen, when you take time to ;)
It honestly took me time to get Fantomas, I didn't like it when I I first heard them either, but after watching their performances, they really are good, and I now have all their albums, check out the Director's Cut, my favorite is the Twin Peaks Theme, "Fire Walks With Me".

....have you not been following Mike Patton AT ALL?????
There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with his voice and he is still considered the best by many people.
4degrees 4 years ago
Yeah but look at metallica, they should just give up now.
As for patton now his voice is still the same but he has lost his musical touch. Alot of his new stuff is crap apart from tomahawk.
ubie40 4 years ago
And Peeping Tom:)
Fantomas almost has to be looked at as a completely instrumental band since most of the songs (with the exception of Director's Cut) have no lyrics.
MetalChickenDragon 4 years ago
Peepinh tom are ok.
I hate fantomas that was a big let down to see someone with such great vocal capabilities just make stupid noises.

LMAO.
