@foxycat90210 simply make sure you don't put a load of liquid eyeliner on your lid to avoid smudging, just draw it out line by line until you get the desire thickness that you want your eyeliner to be. Plus, if it smears make sure you get a q-tip and add a dab of water to wipe away your smudge ^^

how do u make sure the liquid doesnt like...get on ur upper eye??not a problem 4 u though..but i mean...how can u make it dry quiker???
