If you haven't gotten an answer, it's Blender3d. A free program on the internet. You don't need the internet to use it, but you do to download it. Look at the description of the video. Just saying although you have probably figured out by now since I'm a little late answering. :)

Wow. It took you a year to create this dragon. In Spore you can craete a dragon in only a few minutes.

Mmm, on blender there is a tool called "Vertex Paint", and I guess could go really fine on that kind of model(like toon~). You could use "Sculpt" too for the skin.

I use blender 2.44, and im already planning to add some shape keys to both dragons that will slightly change their appearances, so i can animate something like a transformation of Alat and Violet into more powerful dragons, i guess that the transformation of violet can look like indigo

i would really like to, i want to make many dragons but its a lot of work and im a little tired of working only in dragons, i have been working on Alat more than a year and in violet like 4 months and they both are like 50% done, because i still have to do the rigging and the animations.

well i have two more characters that i want to make after alat and violet but then i can make Renno for sure

yeah, it haves now 6 horns, bigger wings, claws and tail, and i also changed the legs to look like the ones of the dragons in the TLoS series
