What's to stop Haye pulling out of their next schedueled fight right at the last minute and after six months of promotions and training like he did before? In effect preventing Wladimir from fighting anyone. Wladimir only had one fight in 2009 because of Haye. That's why he wanted the fight on July 2nd because then if Haye bitches out again atleast he will have fought in the meantime and kept active. Haye doesn't want Wlad in shape he wants him having not fought since September.

David Haye has done everything possible to make this fight happen. First, he offered Wlad 50/50 with Haye getting all the UK money and Wlad getting the Germany money. Second, he offers 50/50 of EVERYTHING (very generous considering Haye brings in all the money) which was the offer Wladiqueer demanded the whole time and he still rejects.
