He was an interesting force on radio in the early '90's & I was voraciously studying Ayn Rand's works & life at the time. So much so that I registered as a Republican. Individualism, personal responsibility etc... became very appealing to me. Rush was more civil & rational back then. As it turns out Rand and Rush are above avg. successes only out for themselves.

I love how people say thank God the republicans are gone. Guess what, Democrat policies have ruled the last 2 to 3 years! Bush policies were becoming more and more Democrat. Obama is flinging it Liberal. Guess what? Read Atlas Shrugged. When all the intelligent people that contribute to society are forced to hand over 50% or more of their money to scumbags that don't wanna work, we will be shit out of luck. That's the Obama plan.
