  • @superbadlucre hmm is it vietnamese and chinese?

  • I know I am greatful for these videos; I currently do Kempo Jujitsu and these videos offer an new art to build on... Thank you Master Wong =)))

  • i like the way he says "particular" lol

  • obrigado pelas aulas mestre

  • mejor seria con subtittulos

  • i dont understand what this excirsie is good for , like blocking the punches from the opponent?

  • the ancient chinese learnt from scrolls and illistrations no one in todays day and age could even come close to learning from paper and books its all world wide webby so be gratefull for others genarosity and there willingness to share...also if you remove one sense the others get stronger i recomend doing tai chi blind fold or wing chun dummy start slowly and build up then if in a fight you lose sight you can still take em of guard all be it the eastern arts arent allways for fighting.

  • @spoonicuss Yeah, I remembered back in the day, my parents would watch tapes after tapes of action drama filled crazy ass monks, nuns, bearded guys, young guys, and girls, monkey kings and other chinese niggers shooting lazer beams and killing each other just for scrolls so they can learn new shit.

  • i wonder how many of those who laugh at his accent actually know chinese/cantonese.

  • bonsau is my favourite defense move

  • 8 people still playing barbie*

  • @williwithchucks 8 people still do another way of wing chun ... ^-^

  • the bonsau what punch is that meant to block master wong or ne one

  • lol the hardest part to this one is shifting your weight. XD if you haven't figured out how to shift your weight from one leg to the next, it gets a bit confuzzling.

  • Master Wong u are my Hero :D

  • IF you listen twice, you will hear important details that can really help you out!

  • where is lesson 11 ?

  • I LOVE THIS GUYY!!

YOU mister.. are my teacher =]

  • Hi,

how I can make my hands and legs faster? I need some training, but I don't know how.

    Thx from Germany

  • thanks you

  • my spirit becomes stronger after this!!!

  • GRASIS SON MUY BUENOS SUS VIDEOS

  • whT IS THE 4 BAASIC BLOCK? LARP SAU BONSAU WU SAU AND WAHT?

  • i must thank him for making me the best fighter =D

  • Master Wong, can you put video how to strentch legs or arms?

  • Errr... what happened to centre line? If he turned his body like that on a wing chun guru, he would surely get pwned!

  • @slyzaar For one he is a guru and two his center lines still there it's just facing a different direction.

  • i dont get this block, is it you smacking the jab down or letting it slide off your forearm

  • @alucardvred It's not smacking anything. Your redirecting the punch using the forearm and the turning of your waist and legs. Your guard hand is behind the block just in case the block fails

  • thanks master wong. i really excited to learn this art

  • good, thanks !

  • im dutch and i even i understand what he says so ppl stop talking nonsense.

  • Estos videos son de lo mejor que me he encontrado en la red soy aficionado las artes marciales desde los años 80

  • Thank you for this lesson. Peace out

  • Actually I think it is more that other languages have a lot more casual cursing than English.

  • ...what´s your point?

  • I like his dialect. But in later lessons his language is very strong...

  • yes yes..i agree with u..maybe he took english lesson while in da mean time giving wing chun lesson..hehe...js joking...wakaka..but thanks 2 Master wong he simplified everything 2 us..?any reply??

  • nice lessons but honestly i think u cant really learn wing chun from internet... Ppl i know practice like atleast 2 years before getting 2 bongsau

  • I think very differently. I believe you can learn from any source! I believe that your SELFdedication and SELF perseverence allow you to do that. Who´s to say that people watching won´t study one video for months? It all depends on YOU! Noone else...

  • i agree with PRPWR. it's just a matter of time and dedication until you internalise the technique and make it part of your reactions. The key is getting up on your feet and Doing It. You think you got it right? No, do it again and again, Absorb it. After you absorb it, then you can Express it. Respect to anyone who gets on their feet and practices, 5 stars.

  • @PRPWR yo u cool son

  • @PRPWR Ive learned some shaolin crane, ba duan jin, black tiger, MIZONG QUAN and Wing Chun.. know why?? cuz I think like you!! lol! a promotion to good health!!

  • @PRPWR yeah i mean i've been studying the say 18 videos for a month and a half now

  • As a shaolin practitioner/teacher from North America I find that these lessons are very informative as well as easy to understand aside from Sifu Wong's lack of English skills (but hey that's ok). As I have come to understanding Wing Chun I have noticed a "hard" style and "soft style" each revolving around a different set of movements.

I can gladly recommend these shorts to anyone with previous martial arts experience but for a newbie I would recommend asking a friend for further explanations.

  • Hey guys, just to clarify this is not Ip man wing chun. In fairness ive only seen up to this video, but Master Wong's bong sau is very different - a more rigid and forward moving version.

That being said i must commend Master Wong for this line of videos, the exercises are a great way of introducing people to wing chun as a martial art :)

  • True , he does have a very hard style , but these are just exercises and you do need to train for strengh and speed . I`ve heard it said that when sparring with Ip Man his contact is so light you can hardly feel it . Wing chun forever :-)

  • Well, having chi sau'd with Grand Master Ip Ching, and studying under Grandmaster Samuel Kwok i can tell you that yes you can hardly feel it, but not in the way i expect your thinking (ie weight wise). Its more that they are controlling you with very little effort, and you 'cant feel' how they are doing it, it just happens ^^.

  • Very well explained and perfectly exicuted. I would love to be your student but I live in holland so that will be dificult. Thanks for posting videos. "bow"

  • No, It does not. Heel pivots transmit energy differently though.

  • The Sifu is pivoting away on balls of feet. One sends out more power into bong sau structure when pivoting on heels with hip forward.

  • doesn't that mess with your balance tho, like, do you lose stability in your movements? im no MA master, just asking

  • ur right...moving ur hip forward will mess up your balace. the posture and structure of ur upper body (especially spine) is supposed to be straight all the time.

  • not al all. Moving your hip forward, with correct posture and leg structure emans that your centre of balance is shifted. Its strange at first but you are actually much stronger as any energy sent your way can be almost directed through your legs and into the ground (ofc this requires training of the position and strength of the legs).

  • i can't meet Young Yip Man anymore T.T that mean i can't learn Ip Man's wing chun.

  • you can meet his kid, Yp Chun!

    (an old man now lol)

  • Awesome!

  • Master Wong will be posting Wing Chun lessons up on you tube everyday. He has already posted 18 lessons! If you have any questions that you would like answered on your own training, Master Wong will reply to it by video response so look out for it. Master Wong will gladly answer them if asked at an appropriate manner and are a sensible question to help with their training. This is a free training service Master Wong supplies in the hope of reaching those who want to train & learn.

  • @138mws master wong, i have been watchin ur videos because im a huge fan of ur videos. i did skip around alittle cuz the lesson where u go fast be outstandingly gud. im having problems with the last video tho it may seem simple but i dont think my form is correct and i dont want 2 move on unless ive mastered basics so can u help me better understand how to use punchin with this style? thank u 4 helpin the world do sumthing producted with there time promise to use this only if nessary.

  • Master Wong, did you teach Vietnam Wing Chun? I saw your Siu Lim Tao, it was a bit different than Ip Man. I am learning Ip Man stile, but want to learn vietnam..

  • where do you learn ip man wing chun?

  • I asked first. Answer me and I will answer you.

  • The question was - what lineage is master Wong teaching. For me as I see it it looks like Ip Mans, but forms are different.

  • I don't know

I'm not the author of this video

  • Great lesson master Wong many thanks for showing these!

  • Can't wait. :)
