Hello, it was nice to stumble upon your video. I came for the natural videos, but have gotten much more. I have also been diagnosed with PCOS. I'm newly married, which has made me more concerned about the condition because I want to have children. I was on birth control for almost 10 years. Every few months I have to get blood drain, and get meds to make me have a cycle.
Before I knew what this condition was, I had a miscarriage & then got sick from stress. After my miscarriage I took Chinese, Ayurvedic and other herbs that were reputed/known to help the female reproductive/hormone system like Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, and Red Raspberry. I changed my diet, did natural detoxes, exercised and reduced stress. I now have 4 kids.
Educate yourself about all options. Please remain hopeful. God Bless.

seriously, I wish more help groups had been around when I 1st learned of this .I was very angry & depressed about it. Feeling like I had been robbed & that GOD was somehow punishing me.. I know now that GOD had nothing to do with it but he will have EVERYTHING to do with the restoration of my body & being able 2 have children I LOVE HIM ! Information is key & I had to research it on my own..I'm ashamed that I didnt post the knowledege that I had about it, I 'm glad U were brave enuf to do it!

this video was very helpful, alot of people just don't know how physically, emotionally & mentally painful it can be. I was diagnosed at the young age of 15 when knowone knew SHIT about it. I still battle with the depression from it I now believe GOD will allow me to have the childeren I have so longed for & I am gonna continue to believe it I am also hoping 2 find a good dermatologist 2 get rid of this dern hair once my finances are in order lol please continue to post & educate
Yup, I feel you. No one knew anything and I was 21??? My hubby is helping me pluck these that I have...lol. He's really good...lol Yes!! As I said before we will be sharing stories of our little ones soon. We are about the same age, so we know God is not gonna hold us up to long...lol,lol LOVE YOUR SITE!!!!

I got to the point where i was so depressed but then i found Jesus even more and i prayed about this evryday....I also believed in his healing power and today i am living testimony:at 24 i had a baby.Ladies, try Jesus and help urselves by staying healthy.i am positive u will be healed,have faith. I also changed my diet to alot of soy-based food.

Im using your tips to keep my PCOS under control starting with EXERCISE there is no way around it after i stopped working out i gained so much weight and that didnt help my condition at all. My partner and I wish to concieve by 2010 so im making the first steps today! Thank you so much for you video ill be watching for more!

Yes, you helped me. PCOS....that's what the Dr. says for me. I want babies....and every since I was younger I always wanted to be "normal" like my girlfriends who always got their cycles........
