you will get better precision if you bring the wii remote closer and at an angle so that the Wii remote can see your pen easier.

To make it track better, move the wii remote closer to the screen. The gray area is what the wii remote is reading. The white is the calibrated area. You want that % to be somewhere 40%-60% Also, place the wii remote either stage left or stage right if using it in this setup. Stage left or right depending on how you hold pen etc.. The wii remote must be able to see the tip of the pen.
