lol dude. This is not robocrap, this is MACROSS. robotech is a crappy ripoff off 3 anime TV series including the original Macross (Super Dimension Fortress Macross). Macross : DO You Remember Love ? is a retelling of SDF Macross. Also, you must know that robotech is dead now. robotech shadow chronicles was a failure since robotech fans are still waiting for a sequel for that shit after MORE THAN 3 YEARS. Us Macross fans will have something nice to watch on November 21. ^^

It's from MACROSS not Robocrap. Roboshit is a ripoff of 3 anime TV series including the original Macross (Super Dimension Macross). "Robotech is a story adapted with edited content and revised dialogue from the animation of three different mecha anime series: The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross, and Genesis Climber Mospeada."

So Macross : DYRL? has nothing to do with Roboass.

I thought it was 25 years old. Today's standards is getting more animation out quickly... sorta sacrificing quality for quantity. Transformers G1 vs. Transformers Animated, Macross vs. Macross 7, etc. I miss the 1980's animation... Detail, detail, detail. Shadows, symetrical, proportional-sized body parts. I miss it... I am a huge fan of the original Robotech (Macross Saga) and just discovered the existence of this film a few minutes ago. I googled it and there is an english version called Clash of the Bionoids; however it is heavily edited and 30 minutes shorter than the japanes version, so it's kinda a lose-lose situation since I also found out their isn't an english subbed version. So either learn spanih or japanese. Your choice...

Macross started as an anime series in 1982. In 1984 they made this film, Macross: Do You Remember Love?, which is a historical drama of the series' events. Think of it as a movie within a show. In 1985, the American company Harmony Gold took Macross and two other anime, Southern Cross and Mospeada, and edited them together as a single cartoon series. This was broadcasted as Robotech. Since then, four more Macross series and two films have been released in Japan.
